BUDGET CHALLENGE
Each week, opposing teams will have the opportunity to 'wager' available Budget Account Dollars against each other.
For example...Team A may offer Team B a Budget Challenge in the amount of $20.00.  If Team B accepts, then the winner of the game will have their budget accounts increased by that amount and the losing team will have their Budget Account reduced by that amount.

A team may 'Challenge' up any available amount they have in their Budget Account, however the opposing team must have at least this amount to accept.  If either team cannot match the other team's Challenge, then an amount that equals both team's available Budget Accounts will be determined.
