DUELING FLAGS™
A special power-up that can be used that forces an opposing team to have to pull BOTH flags of an opposing ball carrier in order for the play to be blown dead.
Once invoked, in the event of a turnover (interception or  fumble) the recovering team will only need one flag pulled like normal, if the original possessing team somehow recovers, then the original opposing defense is still required to pull both flags.

As with all power-ups, the Dueling Flags™ can only be used for 5 or 10 minutes in the first half only.
