POWER-UPS
A power-up is an in-game 'cheat' that will allow one or both teams to either give themselves an advantage or put an opposing team at a disadvantage.  Power-ups can only be used for a small fraction of time, 5-10 minutes, and are limited to the first half only. 
A team can accumulate power-ups in only two ways.

1. They can be won by participating in the various online contests (TAFFL™ Website, Facebook, or email) and TEXT TAFFL™ contests.  Details on how to win via online or TEXT TAFFL™ will be provided when the contest starts.

2.  They can be purchased with a team's Budget Account.
 

*Please Note:  Players should not be concerned that the creation and use of power-ups will take away from the game of football.  The use of these items is severely limited and again can only be used 5-10 minutes in the first half only.  TAFFL HEAT™ is not only built on the game of football itself, our goal with the power-ups is to share some fun and laughter with each other and for that limited amount of time, make teams play harder and smarter when faced with a disadvantage.
